The Corporation of Canada is registered in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as CANADA CIK#: 0000230098 and you can see their filings online at www.sec.gov
If we dig a little deeper we find Canada acknowledges that it may not own any land. In the Interpretation Act the definition of the Corporation is: “Canada”, for greater certainty, includes the internal waters of Canada and the territorial sea of Canada. This is especially true if we disregard the sale of Rupert’s Land and the controversial 1841 “Surrender”.
This explains why freemen on the land are trying to use Maritime Law in Canadian courts but sadly, might makes right and their tactics usually do not work. On the other hand, when the rightful title holders of land obey the illusion of confederation and participate in this deceitful corporate government it is a damn shame.
What about the Constitution you might ask. Do you mean the British North America Act that was changed to the Constitution Act in 1982? Or do you mean the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms that was handed down from the Queen? Not much for “We the people…” is it?
Even by typing Canada with a capital “C” we are giving them creditability and authority. The good immigrants, our settler friends are being tricked. They believe it is a constitutional monarchy and that their votes are helping run the “country”. But what if this isn’t a country and really a corporate colony that has run amok?
The Queen’s Privy Council for Canada decides which laws enter the House of Commons and the weight of their power runs this corporation. Privy means secret and this secret group is appointed only by the Governor General. Doesn’t sound very democratic does it?
Anti-native laws such as Bill C-10 and C-51 were most certainly the brainchild of this “Honourable” group. These guys are appointed for life and are most certainly not our bros. Here is their oath:
“I, [name], do solemnly and sincerely swear (declare) that I shall be a true and faithful servant to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, as a member of Her Majesty’s Privy Council for Canada. I will in all things to be treated, debated and resolved in Privy Council, faithfully, honestly and truly declare my mind and my opinion. I shall keep secret all matters committed and revealed to me in this capacity, or that shall be secretly treated of in Council. Generally, in all things I shall do as a faithful and true servant ought to do for Her Majesty.”
You might remember a few of their names: The Right Honourable John Turner, Jean Chrétien, Joe Clark, Brian Mulroney, Kim Campbell, Paul Martin, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, and 17 current and former members of the Security Intelligence Review Committee. Yay for those guys.
Chretien was PM when Dudley George was killed. Brian Mulroney watched Oka happen. Chretien also penned the infamous White Paper that would have destroyed the last remnants of indigenous rights in Canada. It’s time for an entertaining analogy. Walmart is a big corporation just like Canada. Imagine if Walmart decided to allow the public to vote for local leaders to help run their establishment. It may sound good for the grassroots people but at the end of the day the Walmart CEO and board of directors will protect their corporate interests.
And THAT is why indigenous people do not vote in this hostile, foreign system. Just because we don’t use big lawyer words when we speak doesn’t mean we aren’t intelligent. Onondaga Chief Arnie General has always referred to this country as the Corporation of Canada in public talks. The Haudenosaunee have always been intellectual people.
When your entire nation and existence is on the line you are forced to become vigilant. Many of our people are still investigating the true operations of our visitors and some of us have Canada all figured out.
Despite all of these points, some of us have bought into the illusion of democracy and still vote.
