Up Where We Belong, an Exhibit on Indigenous Contemporary Music — August 1st, 6:30pm @ Woodland Cultural Center. This exhibit, put together by the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian, tells the stories of native people’s journey over the last 100 years in contemporary music. Opening event features performances by the Beatrice Deer Band.

Heck Init II – Comedy Night with Don Burnstick — August 1st, 9:30pm @ Woodland Cultural Centre. Presented as part of Planet IndigenUs. Tickets $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
